Servco is the leading wholesale warehouse equipment provider of the south-east but they had a really bad case of website shame impacting their business. Being a 20 year old company with a strong history of impeccable customer satisfaction, they needed an online image that matched there level of service and represented who they truly are.
The Servco company, in business since the 1980’s, had a reputation of trust and reliability but with a brand that was in pretty bad shape. There branding and website had finally gotten to the point where business growth and development was being haunted, and even held back, by the issue. That’s when they reached out to us to give there business some Creative Propulsion.
CHALLENGE ONE: Inconsistent and Outdated Branding
CHALLENGE TWO: Constantly Changing Dynamic Pricing
CHALLENGE THREE: Inefficient Business Operations
WE SAW OPPORTUNITY
We saw massive opportunity in every one of Servco’s challenges. Although the Servco leadership was only in search of a new website and an update to their corporate image, we knew that alone wouldn’t be enough to overcome their challenges. They needed new and updated systems that could support their overflowing business. We put our heads together, and after extensive research, strategizing and testing we developed a system to really support this company and overcome all of it’s challenges.
OUR CUSTOM TAILORED SOLUTIONS
A Full Re-Branding
Once Servco shared with us their ambitious vision for the future, we knew they would need a Brand to not just grow with, but a brand that will take them to where they are going. That vision was the foundation for the new logo and brand identity for Servco. They wanted to be sure the new look was still in some ways familiar to the customers that have been with them for two decades. We were able to deliver this using a similar and familiar color palette to the company with a clean and modern typeface logo, a logo style they have always used.
Customer Acquistion Automation
With a clean and professional brand and marketing materials in place, Creative Propulsion then worked with Servco to redesign their main challenge, a dynamic, interactive, and responsive website. A new look and feel, with a focus on usability and user experience, all while solving their core challenges, helped transform there website into a powerful asset to business growth and sustainability.
We easily provided a long-term solution to their product pricing issue with the implementation of a Content Management System (CMS) their internal team could use to update products, delete discontinued ones and add the new ones..all with ease of use.
We then built out a “Distributor Registration” system which allowed all of there current and new customers to register an account on the website to instantly see the wholesale distributor pricing for each product with a flawless experience for them and an automated system of operations for Servco. This dramatically cut down their phone calls from distributors needing price quotes and product availability.
